DESCRIPTION:Reaching the Hard to Reach: Strategies for Addressing Social Isolation\, Depression\, and Other Psychosocial Problems in Homebound Older Adults \nHomebound older adults suffer an especially high burden of social isolation\, loneliness\, depression and other psychosocial problems.  But they are also the hardest to reach.
