The E4 Center has created six online modules to enhance training provided to 988 and other crisis call centers. These modules on Ageism, Cognition, Common Life Issues, Depression & Anxiety, Substance Use, and Suicide identify issues unique to older adults that all call center staff should know to best meet the needs of older adult callers and their caregivers. The handouts below augment these modules.
