Description: Built on the foundation of the 4Ms of an Age-Friendly Health System (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility), the 4Ms – Behavioral Health (4Ms-BH) for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) staff provides these mental health and substance use focused providers with a unique version of the framework to guide and enhance care for older adults. This eight-hour live online series will provide essential background knowledge about the needs of older adults in CCBHC’s, practical tools for assessing and applying the 4Ms-BH across professions and theoretical orientations, and strategies to support framework sustainability.
