This session will provide an introduction to implementation science including why it is important and how it can be used to effectively implement evidence-based practices in community settings. In addition to providing a brief overview of implementation principles, basic frameworks, and practical approaches, we will use examples of older adult behavioral health practices as case studies for learning.
