Description: People aging with lifelong serious mental illness face unique challenges and are at risk for significant health issues. Aging and mental health service providers can offer hope and promote well-being. This presentation will provide an overview of aging with serious mental illness and offer suggestions for strengths-based strategies to support aging well despite living with a mental illness.
