Older LGBTQ+ adults’ lives can be rich and fulfilling as they age. This presentation will explore the many ways health care professionals can support their patients by learning evidence-based best practices, applying cultural humility frameworks, and using a trauma-informed lens.

- Demonstrate gender affirming and culturally safe skills appropriate for working with LGBTQ older adults
- Explain necessity of cultural humility in working with LGBTQ older adults
