The RUSH Center of Excellence in Aging and Schaalman Senior Voices welcome Dr. Robyn Stone, DrPH presenting Caught in the Middle: The Aging Population, the Caregiver Shortage, and the Way Forward. A noted researcher and leading authority on aging and long-term policy, Dr. Stone will be speaking about the home care workforce challenges and implications for the healthcare system and older adults themselves. Robyn Stone, DrPH is the Senior Vice President of Research at LeadingAge and Co-Director of LeadingAge LTSS at UMass in Boston.

Understand and identify the importance of the current workforce infrastructure and workforce shortage in Aging Services - Address stereotypes of the Aging Services’ current workforce
